Seasonal periods are as follows:
Peak Periods: 1 December – 21 January; Week immediately before and after and including the Easter weekend.
High Season: All school holidays
Off Peak Season: All other times
Rates are as follows:
Peak season – R 1 250.00 per day
High season – R 1 000.00 per day
Off Peak Season – R 850.00 per day
Discounts:
Discounts of 10% are offered for stays of 4 days and longer up to 7 days.
Discounts of 15% are offered for stays longer than 7 days.
Deposit:
A breakage deposit as well as a cleaning deposit is payable. Our local agent in Oubaai is Lulu Glynn who will gladly assist in any queries and will also attend to your checking in and checking out.
